Sunrise Engineering, a regional full-service civil/electrical engineering firm, has a full-time Electrical Engineer position in our Salt Lake City, UT. Desired experience for this position includes:

• Pump station design for water and wastewater system
• Switchgear and Motor Control Center design
• Substation and transformer design
• Power generation
• Work with high voltage transmission/distribution design (PLS-CADD)
• Renewable Energies (Hydro, Solar, Geo-Thermal, Wind, Bio-)
• Controls and Instrumentation

Requirements

• B.S. Degree or higher in electrical engineering E.I.T. or P.E. 0-7 years in the world of Consulting, with an in-depth knowledge of bid packages and contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• AutoCAD experience Verbal & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Production of deliverables including design and drafting, inspection, assisting in marketing efforts, and project management or assistant project management depending on experience.
